Refund and Exchange PolicyAt MOTHER WEAR, we are committed to ensuring your complete
satisfaction. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with
efficient shipping and a straightforward exchange process.

Shipping InformationOrders placed before 1:00 PM IST are dispatched the same business
day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next
business day. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the date
specified in the product title. Please allow 1–5 business days for
delivery, depending on your location.

Exchange PolicyWe offer exchanges for eligible items but do not provide refunds.

Eligibility:• Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.• The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:• For exchanges of wrong or
damaged items, a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being unboxed
is mandatory. This video must clearly show the product and the parcel's
weight.• The customer is responsible for shipping the eligible items back to us at address

Condition of Returned Items:All returned items must be in their original condition:• Unused and unwashed• Free from any odors• With all original tags intact

Processing Time:• All returned items are subject to a quality check upon arrival.• The full exchange process, from request approval to dispatch of the replacement item, may take 7–10 business days.• Replacement items will be delivered within 10–12 business days after the exchange is approved.
